Pure Charge&Go BCT IX
The Pure IX route built around Bluetooth Classic connectivity, alongside Signia's conversation-focused IX processing.

Can be considered where instant-fit handling and a modern in-ear form factor are priorities.
Motion Charge&Go IX
Rechargeable M, P and SP BTE routes extend the range into stronger, easier-to-handle and earmould-based fittings.
Particularly relevant when power, retention, paediatric-style earmould routes or dexterity matter.
Silk + Insio IX
From instant-fit Silk to custom Insio shells, Signia offers several routes when discretion and in-ear placement are priorities.
Canal anatomy, wax history, degree of loss and microphone configuration determine suitability.Signia also lists Sirion Connect as a current essentials range with RIC, BTE P and BTE SP options. We treat it as a secondary portfolio route for patients who need a more accessible technology tier rather than giving it equal prominence to MaX and IX.

Is MaX replacing Integrated Xperience?
MaX is Signia's newer platform and currently appears first in its global portfolio, while IX products remain current across multiple form factors. Which range is available and appropriate is confirmed at the time of fitting.
Is Pure C&G MaX the best Signia hearing aid?
It is the newest Pure platform, but “best” depends on the hearing loss, ear anatomy, required power, handling, connectivity and listening priorities. Some patients will be better served by another Signia form factor or another brand.
What if I want an invisible Signia hearing aid?
Silk and Insio provide smaller in-ear options. Suitability depends on canal anatomy, hearing level, wax history, handling and the acoustic output required.
Does Signia offer CROS?
Yes. Current IX CROS options include Pure, Styletto, Active and Silk routes for selected cases where one ear has unaidable or non-serviceable hearing and the other ear can receive the transmitted signal.
Can Signia connect to my phone?
Many current models support direct connectivity, but the Bluetooth standard and app depend on the exact hearing aid. We check the phone and device combination before making connectivity a deciding factor.
Do you only fit Signia?
No. We fit and compare multiple major hearing-aid brands so the recommendation can start with the patient's hearing and lifestyle rather than a manufacturer.
