The strongest reason to consider MaX is not simply that it is new.
MaX is most relevant when the patient's difficult situations match what the platform is trying to solve: changing speakers, busy group conversation, competing sound and a need for modern connectivity in a compact RIC format.
It may be less useful when the main requirement is a custom in-ear device, a power BTE, a CROS transmitter or another physical format that currently sits elsewhere in Signia's range.

What is the difference between MaX and IX?
MaX is Signia's newer Multi-adaptive Xperience platform, while IX is Integrated Xperience. MaX adds the Acoustic Intelligence architecture and currently leads Signia's newest Pure RIC offering. IX remains current across a much broader range of form factors.
Does MaX mean I will hear perfectly in noise?
No hearing aid can guarantee normal hearing in complex noise. MaX is designed around challenging conversation, but benefit still depends on the hearing loss, speech discrimination, fitting, acoustic coupling and listening environment.
Can I trial Pure C&G MaX?
Trial availability depends on local stock, technology level and clinical suitability. We confirm the current trial route when booking or quoting.
Can MaX connect to my phone and computer?
Current Signia material describes broad Bluetooth connectivity for Pure C&G MaX. We still verify compatibility with the exact device before fitting.
